As a photographer you will need to make sure you have a good tripod as a part of your camera, this will help you get extremely sharp photos and also help you a lot if you are planning on taking photos at night as it will stop the camera shake when you are going for those slower shutter speed shots, even if you have extremely steady hands you will still get much better image results by simply bringing a tripod with you.
